

We did it! Wanigas is now part of Financial Plus Credit Union. And together, we’re creating an even better banking experience for our members, making it easier to bring your goals within reach.
On May 15, 2023, you will have access to new financial tools, services, and a total of 11 combined branch locations between Financial Plus and Wanigas. Members received their welcome guides in the mail throughout the end of March.
Debit Cards
You can activate your new card by calling (800) 631-3197 (be sure to set up your PIN before hanging up) and begin using today.
If you activated your debit card without setting up your PIN, call 1-888-886-0083 to set up your PIN.
Your new debit and ATM cards arrived in mailboxes in early May. If you cannot locate your card, please call us at (800) 748-0451 or visit any Wanigas location.
Digital Banking
You can no longer access the Wanigas digital banking platform. All members will need to create a new username and password within the Financial Plus platform by clicking here or downloading the myFPCU app and selecting "Enroll".
Credit Cards
All current credit cardholders will receive a new Visa Credit Card with a new card number. Current credit cards will continue to work through Sunday, July 16th. By early July, members will begin to receive their new credit card, which will include a new credit card number.
You can activate and begin using your new card on July 17th by calling (800) 631-3197. Please do not try to activate your card until this date.
CURewards will no longer be available: On July 13th, the CURewards program will no longer be available. To redeem your points through CURewards click here and make your selection prior to this date. All points not redeemed through CURewards will transfer to our new Cash Back Rewards program.
Beginning July 17th, members will begin earning 1% cash back on all purchases, which can be redeemed in branch, in the mobile app, or by phone. Click here for more details.

Account Numbers
Most member account numbers will not be impacted. Please refer to your membership letter included in the member packet mailed on March 24th to check the status of your account number. If you do not have your letter, please call us at (800) 675-2285 or visit any Wanigas location.
Digital Banking (Online and Mobile)
Beginning May 12th at 4:00 p.m., you will no longer be able to access the Wanigas online banking and mobile app. Beginning May 15th, all members will need to create a new online banking login through Financial Plus by selecting "Login" in the top right corner, then "Enroll". You will be guided through steps to assist you in making a new username and password.
To access your account via mobile app, download the "MyFPCU" app (available on the App Store® and Google Play™) and create a new username and password.
Debit and ATM Cards
Your current debit card will continue to work through Sunday, May 14th. By early May, members will begin to receive their new debit card, which will include a new debit card number. Please keep this card in a secure location. You can activate and begin using your new card on May 15th by calling (800) 631-3197.

Direct Deposit and Withdrawals
Current direct deposits and automatic payments (including withdrawals) will continue without interruption. Any new direct deposit or payment set-up after May 15th, should include the Financial Plus routing number, 272480128, and your member number (as of May 15th) designating a checking or savings account.
Wanigas and Financial Plus Locations

Direct Deposit + Withdrawals
Current deposits and withdrawals will continue without interruption. When setting up new deposits or withdrawals, please use the Financial Plus routing number, 272480128, and your member number (as of May 15th) designating a checking or savings account.
Routing Number
Wanigas will be moving to Financial Plus's routing number: 272480128. Any current deposits and withdrawals with the former Wanigas routing number will continue without interruption.
Transfers
Beginning May 15th, review your transfer information within your new digital banking account or at any location, as you may need to reestablish automatic transfers.
Safety Deposit Boxes
There will be no changes to your safety deposit box.
Dual Membership
If you currently have both Wanigas and Financial Plus accounts, you will keep both account numbers as two separate accounts.

Seasonal Addresses

Checks
You can continue using your current check stock without interruption. Between April 28th through May 15th, check ordering will be paused temporarily, however, our branches will be able to provide you with temporary checks. Beginning May 15th, you will be able to order checks as usual.
Overdraft Protection
Overdraft protection will now be called "Courtesy Pay." Your current service will not transfer over. To continue using Courtesy Pay (formerly Overdraft Protection) without interruption, you will need to reenroll at any Wanigas location starting on April 1st.

Bill Pay
Previous merchants and payments setup through your current Bill Pay account will continue without interruption. You can access Bill Pay within your new online banking login beginning May 15th.*
E-Statements + Alerts
If you are enrolled in e-statements only, you will automatically receive a monthly email from Financial Plus letting you know your statement is ready. Log in to your new digital banking account and select "e-Documents" from the menu to access your statement. If you are enrolled in electronic and paper statements, you will need to reestablish e-statements online or at any location.
All account alerts will need to be reestablished within digital banking.
Phone Banking
Beginning May 15th, all Phone Banking members will need to call (800) 748-0451 to activate their Phone Banking account. After activation, Phone Banking can be accessed by calling (800) 234-5884. Follow the prompts to safely and securely manage your finances 24/7.
Third Party Payment Apps
There will be no impact to any third-party payment and transfer apps setup with your Wanigas account (PayPal®, Venmo®, Apple Pay®, etc.). When setting up new payments and transfers, please use the Financial Plus routing number, 272480128, and your member number (as of May 15th) designating a checking or savings account.
If you have these payments linked to your Wanigas debit card, you will need to update your card information with your new card number beginning May 15th.
Vehicle + Personal Loans
All vehicle (including auto, boat, RV, and powersport loans) and personal loans, and lines of credit, will remain the same. Your payment amount, due date, rate, and term will not change. Payments can be made at any Wanigas or Financial Plus location. If you have automatic payments, those will continue to withdraw at the date you have previously selected.

Payment Center
Payment Center will now be called Loan Pay. To make or schedule a payment through Loan Pay, visit Wanigas.com and select the Payments option within the "Borrow" drop down under "Digital Banking".
Mortgage + Home Equity Fixed Loans^^
Beginning May 13th, a majority of all Wanigas mortgage loans will begin being serviced by Financial Plus. The remaining mortgages will be transferred on June 1st. You will receive your statement from Financial Plus, and there will be no changes to the balance, term, payment due date, or rate. View FAQ on the mortgage servicing transfer below.
Payments can be made at any Wanigas or Financial Plus location. To set up convenient automatic payments for mortgage payments applied after May 13th, click the button below.
Financial Plus offers eStatus Connect, a simple and convenient online tool to manage your mortgage. To view your account and make payments online, you can create a login within eStatus Connect and select "Register" beginning May 15th.
Home Equity Line of Credit
There will be no impact to the balance, terms, and payment due date of your home equity line of credit. Your scheduled payments will continue without interruption.
