With our EZ Telephone Banking Phone Services 855-500-WANI (9264), you can do almost anything you need to do with your Wanigas Credit Union account with just the push of a few buttons. With your landline or mobile phone, you have FREE 24-hour access to your accounts.
EZ Telephone Banking lets you:
- Transfer funds from savings to savings or checking accounts
- Transfer funds to make a loan payment
- Transfer funds from account to another member account*
- See if checks have cleared in your checking account
- See if a loan payment has been made or received
- Review your loan balance
- Review your checking or savings balance
- Withdrawal funds by check (to address listed on account)
*Must opt-in to use this transfer feature. To opt-in please fill out the Basic eServices Form. The form can be mailed, dropped off to a Wanigas branch or you can log into you account via MemberConnect Online Banking to complete and submit the form (located under the 'Services' tab) electronically. Once opted-in you will need to know the member's 6 digit account number.
